Today I propose a simple recipe, very tasty, quick to do if they have a small pot of caramel with salted butter ready (you can do it in advance is not complicated and it ' is fast too)
I still had a bit of salted butter caramel house and as the consistency was too fluid to miss chocolate, she sulked a bit. Not wanting to finish my pot alone, I recycled soft ones.

75g caster sugar
45g butter
125g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

200 g sugar
65 g butter half salt
20 cl cream
200 g sugar

Prepare the caramel with salted butter
Use two pans, one big enough.
Heat the cream in the smallest and make a dry caramel in the other (pour the sugar, although the spread for it covers the entire bottom of the saucepan and melt the sugar until it turns amber)
do not stir the sugar in the pan until it is not turned into caramel.
When the caramel is ready, pour the hot cream being careful splash, the mixture foams much. Stir well and add the butter cut in pieces.
Stir over low heat until the mixture is well blended (caramel will tend to form pieces that will melt at this stage)
When the mixture is smooth, cook on sweet, while continuing to stir for about 3 minutes.
Let cool before using.

Fill all the molds and bake at 180 degrees (preheated oven) for 15 minutes.
