Today no recipe, but just a small share of a more personal moment ... 
If you follow the adventures of gourmet chocolate family, you have often heard or rather read our adventures with our chickens and foxes that had the eat. 
it has been three years that we have chickens and we finally found the solution to that foxes do we fly over during the day: leave them locked in a hyper hyper protected enclosure, it is also more a pen, it is a real bunker! 
Our chickens can no longer frolic freely in the garden, it's a shame but it was the only solution to enable us to keep more than a week!

Reassured by this, we can hear with more fun and yelping foxes pass under our windows and see them sneak into the garden run the full moon. 
I can tell you that a couple of fox who plays in the snow right before your eyes is a truly magical moment. We never managed to immortalize these moments to date. 
For two nights we installed a device that triggers own photos with any visitors movements. 
The first night we photographed a nice pie ... ! and that night, just after the photo of the big cat of the neighbor who came to taste the bait we had left, finally, the fox showed his nose .... 
4 am, 6th in the garden, and a beautiful fox just taste the chicken carcass left there. He leaves with elsewhere as well as the egg left in bait. He stayed 20 minutes right under our window. That night we did not hear yelp, it was full up!
